Digital commerce is transforming the Asia-Pacific region, creating new opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to reach customers, participate in regional markets, and contribute to economic growth. But as more businesses move online, they are also becoming increasingly exposed to scams, fraud, and other cyber threats that exploit e-commerce channels.

It highlights ways to reduce scam exposure, improve cyber protections, and close critical policy gaps, ensuring that MSMEs can continue to participate and thrive in an increasingly digital economy.
